Catering parties often do best serving a 60/40 split of meat choices as entrees. For example, for a group of 100 guests, you’d order 60 beef and 40 chicken. If you’d like to choose more than one entree option (e.g., beef and chicken, or beef and fish), simply adjust the quantities to fit your needs! NOTE: If splitting 60/40, you MUST choose the same sides.
